In 2019, the CryptoUnit program was launched, the purpose of which was to implement the main mission of the New Economic Evolution of the World (NEEW).. What we have already managed to achieve
In the fall of 2020, UGPay Group AG was registered in the Swiss jurisdiction, which had passed theSEC (Security Exchange Commission US) and entered STO with the WCRU token, as an official share of the Global Investment Portfolio.
Registration was passed according to REG D regulations and rules:
- Regulation D allows to avoid the registration of a specific offer by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) if the creators completed Form D after the securities were sold.
- Regulation D also permits general inquiries that allow a company to raise awareness through advertising.
- Issues bodies operate under three laws: Rule 506 (b), Rule 506 (c) and Rule 504.
Thus, we can say that UGPay Group AG is a kind of guide for the introduction of WCRU security tokens to the world arena of investors.
In January 2021, it is planned to START SALE of WCRU tokens, launch our own blockchain CRYPTOUNIT WorldCRU and open our own STO-crypto exchange for operation! биржи

At the moment, preparatory work is continuously being carried out, the IT department and the legal department are verifying all the data, the system is being tested so that the launch of our own Cryptocurrency Exchange goes smoothly.
After the launch of the exchange, partners with unlocked CRUs on the balance will have access to the following actions:
- The first cryptocurrency pairs available for trading will be CRU / USDU and UNTB / USDU.
- In the future, CRU pairs with BTC, ETH and other cryptocurrencies will be added.
- You can leave your unlocked CRU points in staking inside your back office, and accrued the monthly unlocked CRU points transfer to your crypto wallet.
- Transfer unlocked CRUs from your crypto wallet to any other person’s CRYPTOUNIT blockchain crypto wallet.
- Stake unlocked CRUs inside a crypto wallet to receive UNTB tokens.
- Sell / buy unlocked CRUs on an external exchange.
- Sell / buy UNTB tokens on an external exchange.
